　　After more than 30 years of development,China has formed a complete industrial system of feed processing,raw materials,additives and other categories.In 2016,China's total industrial feed output reached 210 million tons,the world's first for five consecutive years,has become a real feed production power.However,it is still faced with the problems of small-scale enterprises and inefficient processing and transformation,and is not a powerful feed country.It is urgent for us to give full play to the advantages of backwardness and achieve leapfrog development.

 

　　The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC clearly points out that development is the basis and key to solve all the problems in our country,and our economy has changed from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development.We must insist on quality first and efficiency first,and continuously enhance our economic innovation and competitiveness.In the final analysis,the construction of a strong feed industry must rely on development,and is a high-quality development,is to adapt to the new era,the development of solving new contradictions.We should carry out the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress,strive to upgrade the production and management system,enhance the ability of safety and security,promote innovation in technology,products and business models,and strive to basically build a powerful feed industry by the end of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan so as to provide support for the modernization of the aquaculture industry.
