Tug of war originated in China during the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period.After the Tang and Song Dynasties,tug of war competition gradually became popular among the people.In the West,tug-of-war was originally a game in the countryside of England,and was included in the Olympic Games from 1900 to 1920.Tug-of-war is an equal number of competing sports and recreational activities in which both sides pull a thick rope to compare strength.In order to enhance the cohesion between departments,enrich the cultural life of employees,strengthen the communication between employees,promote the friendly relationship between employees,cultivate the spirit of solidarity and cooperation among employees and sense of collective honor,so as to make the atmosphere of the company more active.Therefore,in the summer of passion,our company organized a tug of war competition with the theme of"summer passion".
There are six teams participating in the competition,including all the staff of our production department,sales department,quality inspection department and administrative department.The elimination mode is adopted in the competition,and the order is decided by drawing lots,and the teams are randomly selected for PK.The winning tripartite again grabs lots to decide who will be the lucky one to go straight to the finals to compete for the championship.The team that gets the rank can enjoy the exquisite prizes provided by the company.The champion is even more prizes.With the confidence to win,the challenge begins.
In the course of the competition,the players from all departments strive hard,whether on or off the court,the atmosphere is extremely intense,everyone wholeheartedly into the game,its happy,not lively!Every cheerleader on the scene was enthusiastic,cheering added a touch of color to the game,each shout brought a force!The whole scene is intense and warm.
