Number of Recruits:
1.Assist the human resources manager in mastering the human resources situation and analyzing the human resource allocation of each department;
2.Manage labor contracts,handle personnel entry and exit procedures,and settle employee salaries and attendance;
3.Fill in and analyze various personnel statistical reports;
4.Draft company regulations and recruitment systems;
5.Assist in establishing positive employee relationships,coordinate the relationship between employees and management,and organize and plan various activities for employees;
6.Assist superiors in implementing various company rules and regulations;
7.Assist superiors in completing the annual policy and objective assessment of employees;
1.Have at least 1 year of experience in human resource management in an enterprise.
2.Familiar with the operational procedures of various practical human resource management practices.
3.Familiar with relevant national laws and regulations,proficient in handling human resource management affairs,and familiar with daily personnel workflow.
4.Proficient in using office software and related management software
5.Be calm and meticulous in handling affairs,have active thinking,innovative spirit,and a good sense of teamwork;Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility,self motivation,and strong ability to handle affairs independently.
