[pharmacological action] this product combines with pyrophosphate to synthesize thiamine diphosphate (cocarboxylase) in vivo, which is involved in pyruvate, pyruvate and carboxygenase in glucose metabolism in vivo
Oxidative decarboxylation of α - ketoglutarate is necessary for carbohydrate metabolism. Vitamin B1 plays an important role in maintaining the normal function of nerve tissue, heart and digestive system. When it is deficient, pyruvate and lactic acid in the blood increase and affect the energy supply of the body; Birds and young livestock have multiple neuritis, myocardial dysfunction, dyspepsia, growth retardation, etc. It is transported to tissues through blood and bound to carrier proteins. Usually, the concentration in organs with high metabolism, such as liver, kidney, heart, brain and so on, is higher, but the content in muscle tissue of pigs is higher.
[drug interactions]
(1) Vitamin B1 is easy to decompose in alkaline solution, and is easy to deteriorate when it is compatible with alkaline drugs such as sodium bicarbonate and sodium citrate.
(2) Pyridyl thiamine and aminopropline can antagonize the effect of vitamin B1.
(3) This product can enhance the effect of neuromuscular blocker.

[precautions]
(1) Pyridyl thiamine and aminopropline have antagonistic effect on vitamin B1. Excessive addition of these substances in feed will cause vitamin B1 deficiency.
(2) Combined with other B vitamins or vitamin C, it can exert comprehensive curative effect.
