To deepen the government-enterprise linkage mechanism, promote the implementation of representative proposals, and accurately solve the problems of enterprise development, on June 5, Zhao Hongqing, deputy director of the Social Affairs Service Bureau of Xi'an-咸yang New Area, led a special research team to Sheng'ao Pharmaceutical. They conducted on-site supervision of the proposals submitted by Du Yufeng, general manager of the company and county people's congress representative, concerning the improvement of infrastructure and talent introduction in Yongle Industrial Park. This used a "frontline work method" to ensure that representative suggestions moved from "paper" to "reality." Hou Xiaobao, deputy director of the Xi'an-咸yang New Area Human Resources Service Center, and relevant functional departments of Jinghe New City accompanied the investigation, with Sheng'ao Pharmaceutical management participating throughout.

 

 

The research team visited Sheng'ao Pharmaceutical's honor exhibition hall and product exhibition hall. Through on-site inspections and detailed inquiries, they thoroughly understood the construction and operation of the new production line, as well as the difficulties and problems encountered during the company's development.

 

 

At the symposium, representative Du Yufeng, combining the company's development, systematically explained the people's congress proposals concerning talent introduction and infrastructure improvement in Yongle Industrial Park. Deputy General Managers Zhao Kangtai, Zhao Mengting, and Liu Kang provided supplementary explanations from the perspectives of centralized power supply, project planning guidance, and employee commuting convenience, respectively.

 

 

The Jinghe New City Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment, Party Committee Talent Office, Organization and Human Resources Department, Development and Construction Department, Qin Chuangyuan (Jinghe) Work Department, Education and Sports Bureau, and Human Resources Service Center reported on the handling of the above representative proposals.

 

 

Zhao Hongqing emphasized that these proposals reflect the expectations of the masses and the development needs of enterprises. All parties involved should raise their political standing, work backward from deadlines, and use visual management tools. They should also continuously supervise to ensure that every matter receives a response and every item is implemented. He hoped that all relevant departments would make every effort to overcome difficulties and respond to the concerns of the masses and the efforts of representatives with solid results, thereby promoting regional development.

 

 

Hou Xiaobao stated that the Xi'an-咸yang New Area will continue to attach great importance to the handling of people's congress representative proposals, increase efforts, strengthen responsibility implementation, and systematically handle and resolve issues to ensure that various people's livelihood projects are steadily advanced and achieve tangible results.

 

 

This face-to-face exchange between government and enterprises not only established a "direct line" for the efficient implementation of people's congress representative suggestions but also created a "new landscape" for collaborative government-enterprise development.
