He pointed out that Northwest A&F University has helped Jinghe New City build a smart agriculture demonstration base through the "three in one" model of technology empowerment, talent going to the countryside, and achievement transformation. Minister Mao Minhui emphasized that Professor Chen Yulin's discourse on the "integration of the three chains" provides methodological guidance for talent work. In the future, the Organization Department of Jinghe New City will fully leverage the institutional advantages of the Party in managing talents, and work together with leading enterprises such as Shengao Pharmaceutical to build an integrated talent development platform of "government industry university research application". Huang Yong, Dean of the School of Veterinary Medicine at Northwest A&F University, deeply analyzed the strategic position of the veterinary medicine industry in ensuring food safety and promoting modern agricultural construction from an industry perspective. He pointed out that with the large-scale development of the animal husbandry industry and the upgrading of the demand for animal disease prevention and control, the veterinary medicine industry is facing core bottlenecks such as "lagging research and development of high-end preparations, and unsmooth industry university research conversion chain", and urgently needs to solve development problems through collaborative innovation between government, schools, and enterprises. Dean Huang Yong stated that the college will expand the training scale of "Shengao Pharmaceutical Special Graduate Students", and through the "dual mentor system+project-based system" model, provide targeted delivery of compound talents who understand both clinical diagnosis and treatment and are proficient in formulation technology.
