From May 19th to 21st, the 22nd (2025) China Animal Husbandry Expo and the 2025 China International Animal Husbandry Expo were grandly held at the Qingdao World Expo City. As a pioneer in injectable animal health products, Shengao Pharmaceutical was invited to participate, bringing the country's first and independently developed blown and sealed plastic bottle powder injection series products, as well as sterile dispensing solutions suitable for multiple scenarios, to this expo. In response to the pain points of heavy weight, easy breakage, and cumbersome operation of traditional glass penicillin bottles, Shengao Pharmaceutical has spent three years tackling them and successfully broken through the technological barriers of automated production of animal plastic bottle powder injections. In April 2024, the company built the first GMP certified intelligent production line for plastic bottle powder injection (BFS) in China, achieving full process automation integration from bottle making, filling to sealing. Plastic bottle powder injections have the advantages of easy opening, easy clinical compatibility, non fragility, easy transportation and storage, green environmental protection, highly integrated manufacturing processes, and maximum prevention of cross contamination.

The plastic bottle powder injection large infusion combination system innovatively developed by Shengao Pharmaceutical achieves seamless occlusion of the bottle mouth through precision mold design. Clinical dispensing only requires three steps: opening the lid, vertical docking, and shaking dissolution. This system is combined with the polypropylene bottle animal infusion solution from Shengao Pharmaceutical, completely revolutionizing the traditional dispensing mode, greatly facilitating and improving the operational level of veterinary industry personnel, and ensuring the safety of veterinary medication.

During use, the risk of glass shards and glass particles contaminating the medication can be completely avoided.
