[main component] acetylmequine
[properties] this product is a yellow clear liquid.
[pharmacological action] acetylmequine is an antibacterial drug, which has antibacterial effect by inhibiting the synthesis of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) of bacteria. It has broad-spectrum antibacterial effect and strong inhibitory effect on most bacteria. It is stronger on Gram-negative bacteria than Gram-positive bacteria, especially on Treponema hyenteriae. Intramuscular injection is easy to absorb, and can be distributed in all tissues of the body within 10 minutes after intramuscular injection in pigs. It can be eliminated quickly in the body, and the half-life is about 2 hours.
[function and use] antibacterial agents. It is used for swine dysentery caused by Treponema, and also for bacterial enteritis.
[usage and dosage] intramuscular injection: 0.1~0.25ml per 1kg body weight of pigs.
[adverse reactions] no adverse reactions have been found when used according to the prescribed usage and dosage.
[precautions] when the dose is 3-5 times higher than the clinical treatment dose, or if it is applied for a long time, it will cause toxic reactions and even death.
