[main ingredient] analgin
[properties] this product is colorless to yellowish clear liquid.
[pharmacological action] this product has significant antipyretic effect, strong analgesic effect, and certain anti-inflammatory and anti rheumatic effects. There was no significant effect on gastrointestinal peristalsis.
[drug interaction] it should not be combined with chlorpromazine to avoid sudden drop of body temperature. It can not be combined with barbiturates and butazone, which will affect the activity of liver microsomal enzymes. It can inhibit the formation of prothrombin and aggravate the bleeding tendency.
[function and use] antipyretic analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs. For muscle pain, rheumatism, febrile diseases and colic.
[usage and dosage] intramuscular injection: one dose, 10-33.3ml for horses and cattle; Sheep 3.3~6.7ml; Pig 3.3~10ml; Dog 1-2ml.
[adverse reaction] long term application can cause neutropenia.
[precautions] it is not suitable for acupoint injection, especially for joint injection, otherwise it may cause muscle atrophy and joint dysfunction.
