Detailed Description
[main component] tilmicosin
[properties] this product is a light yellow to brownish red clear liquid.
[pharmacological action]
Pharmacodynamics semisynthetic macrocyclic lipid antibiotics for tilmicosin animals. It has strong antibacterial activity against Mycoplasma and similar antibacterial activity to tylosin. Sensitive Gram-positive bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus), pneumococcus, Streptococcus, Bacillus anthracis, erysipelas, Listeria, Clostridium putrefaciens, Clostridium emphysema, etc. Sensitive gram negative bacteria include Haemophilus, meningococcus, Pasteurella, etc. The activity against Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, pasteurella and mycoplasma of livestock and poultry was stronger than tylosin. 95% of Pasteurella haemolyticus strains were sensitive to this product.
The pharmacokinetics was absorbed rapidly after subcutaneous injection, which was characterized by strong tissue penetration and large distribution volume (more than 2l/kg). The concentration in lung and milk is high, the half-life can reach 1-2 days, and the effective blood concentration maintains for a long time. After subcutaneous injection of 10mg per 1kg body weight to cattle, the blood drug peak concentration was reached within 1 hour, and the concentration in milk (greater than 0.8 μ g/ml) could be maintained for 8-9 days. After one injection, the concentration of Pasteurella haemolyticus mic95 (3.12 μ g/ml) in lung tissue was still higher than that of Pasteurella haemolyticus mic95 (3.12 μ g/ml) within 3 days. On the third day after injection, the concentration ratio of tilmicosin in lung/serum was about 60:1. At 0.5 hours after subcutaneous injection, the concentration in milk was nearly 50 times higher than that in blood, and the elimination half-life was 33.8 hours.
[drug interactions]
(1) This product combined with epinephrine can increase the death of pigs.
(2) It has the same target as other macrolides and lincomylamine, and should not be used at the same time.
(3) Combined with β - lactams showed antagonistic effect.
[role and use] macrolide antibiotics. It is used to treat Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, pasteurella and mycoplasma infection.
[usage and dosage] subcutaneous injection: cattle, 0.033ml per 1kg body weight. Only one injection.
[adverse reaction] the toxic effect of this product on animals is mainly cardiovascular system, which can cause tachycardia and reduced contractility. The injection of 50mg/kg under cow hide can cause myocardial toxicity, and 150mg/kg can cause death.
[precautions]
(1) Cows that produce milk for human consumption shall not be used during lactation.
(2) Meat calves are forbidden.
(3) Subcutaneous injection can cause local reactions (edema, etc.) and avoid contact with eyes.
(4) Cardiovascular status should be closely monitored during injection.
[drug withdrawal period] 35 days for cattle.
